In Sumy region, on November 28, the Russian army shelled the civilian infrastructure of the city of Seredyna-Buda. There are dead and wounded. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Sumy region.
The bodies of two dead women and two wounded men were pulled from the rubble. A man and his 7-year-old stepdaughter were also injured in their car. The girl later died in hospital.
The shelling took place around 12:30. According to preliminary data, the Russian army fired from MLRS.
More than seven private houses, two shops and the administrative building of the court were destroyed and damaged.
