Truck traffic through the Slovak border checkpoint Vysne Nemecke, adjacent to the Ukrainian checkpoint Uzhhorod, has been temporarily unblocked, the State Border Guard Service press service reported on Telegram.
"As of this morning, there are about 350 trucks in Slovakia in front of the Vysne Nemecke checkpoint heading to Ukraine. The passage of passenger cars and buses to and from the checkpoint continues to be carried out in the normal mode," the Ukrainian border guards said in a statement.
The spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, added in a comment to the UP that over the past day on November 21, 250 trucks crossed the border in both directions through the Uzhhorod-Vysne Nemecke checkpoint, and these figures are at least 100 vehicles less than in previous days.
As a reminder, on November 21, Slovak carriers blocked truck traffic through the Vysne Nemecke checkpoint.
