Ukraine has the right to eliminate Russian President Vladimir Putin if it gets the chance. Russia is also not abandoning its plans to remove the Ukrainian leadership. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with The Sun.
According to him, Russia is not abandoning its plans to eliminate the Ukrainian leadership and is trying to do so in any way possible.
"They will use any tools they have," Zelensky said.
At the same time, he said, Ukraine, for its part, will also eliminate Putin if the opportunity arises.
The President noted that Ukraine has every right to do so as it defends its land.
"This is a war, and Ukraine has every right to defend itself," Zelensky emphasized.
At the same time, the head of state refused to answer the question of whether Ukraine was involved in assassination attempts on collaborators and Russian officials in the temporarily occupied territories.
"I cannot discuss with you any special operations of the Ukrainian intelligence, secret service or any special forces. There are some things that we do not discuss," the president added.
