Operation GUR: Attack on Russian boats near Chornomorske in Crimea (UPDATED)

On the night of November 10, two Russian high-speed landing boats were hit in the Black Sea near the village of Chornomorske in occupied Crimea, and a Russian barracks was allegedly hit in the village itself. This was reported by the Suspilne media outlet and a news telethon.

In the village of Chornomorske in the occupied Crimea, two Russian high-speed landing boats were hit.

According to Suspilne's sources, the operation was carried out by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which was confirmed by the GUR "Fakty".

The publication reported 4-5 hits in Chornomorske, probably at the border outpost. Later, they clarified the information, claiming that there was a "hit at the barracks" and that the rubble was being cleared. There is currently no confirmation of this information from reliable sources.

It was also suggested that two boats had been shot down, and divers were already working in the sea, according to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the downing of two drones over Crimea, and the Russian "Baza" reported an attack on an oil depot in Feodosia that was repelled. Feodosia is located on the southeastern coast of occupied Crimea, and Chornomorske is on the western coast.

UPDATED

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has officially confirmed that a special operation in the occupied Crimea resulted in the destruction of Serna-class boats with crew and armored vehicles, and published a video. This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

"As a result of a night operation on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, small landing craft of the Russian Black Sea Fleet were hit by soldiers. These are boats of the 11770 project (Serna class). The vessels were carrying a crew and loaded with armored vehicles, including BTR-82," the statement said.

This information was officially confirmed after media reports appeared about the defeat of two boats near the village of Chornomorske, which was confirmed by sources in the GUR.

According to the intelligence, the operation was carried out with the support of the United24 platform.

The GUR points out that Russian Serna-class boats were actively used to transfer equipment and troops during the occupation of Zmiiny Island. In addition, these boats were equipped with Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile systems to cover the enemy group on the island and in the Black Sea.

Small amphibious assault ships of the Serna class are widely used by the occupiers to land marines and evacuate them, as well as to cover the ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet with anti-aircraft missile systems.
