On November 7, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky imposed sanctions on nine legal entities. Some of them are associated with Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. This was reported by the Office of the President of Ukraine.
This refers to Presidential Decree No. 739/2023.
Zelensky put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of November 7, 2023 "On the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)."
Proposals to impose sanctions were made by the Security Service of Ukraine.
