Russian troops shelled Kherson in the middle of the day today. As a result of the attack, civilians were wounded. This was reported by the head of the Kherson CMA Roman Mrochko.
After 14:00 on Friday, November 3, the Russian army shelled Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Dnipro River, targeting the central part of the city.
As a result of the attack, three people were injured and hospitalized.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the incident and reported violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
