On the night of November 3, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 24 of the 40 Shahed drones launched by Russia. An X-59 missile was also shot down over the Kherson region. This is reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The attacks came from the Kursk region and from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk area (Rostov region of the Russian Federation).

In addition, air defense was operating in the western regions, including Lviv (where drones were spotted, in particular, over Yavoriv).

"There were five hits to a critical infrastructure facility in our region. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. There was a fire, it was promptly extinguished," the head of the RMA wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, another 11 drones were shot down.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the wreckage of the downed drone also fell in the Kalush district of Ivano-Frankivsk region. A fire in a dormitory has been extinguished.
Also, the governor of Odesa region, Oleh Kiper, said that drones flew over the territory of an infrastructure facility in the region at night. Two drones were shot down.
