The Russians are planning attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure and are stockpiling shells for attacks. This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the press center of the Southern Defense Forces, during a telethon.

"It is likely that the enemy can use precision weapons such as Kalibr against critical infrastructure, just as they did last time. In addition, we are seeing a long pause in the enemy's non-use of X-101 air-launched missiles, which they used to fire during the last blackout. And this may indicate a preparatory period that the enemy is using to accumulate this type of weapon," she said.

According to the spokeswoman, the presence of missile carriers in the Black Sea, even in their basing points, is a high level of missile threat to the entire territory of Ukraine.
