While repelling air strikes by Russian troops last night, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroyed all enemy kamikaze drones. The "Shaheds" were shot down in six regions of Ukraine. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, on the night of October 25, the Russian invaders used 11 Shahed attack UAVs, which were launched from the southeast (Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia).
"As a result of combat operations, the Air Force, in cooperation with the air defense of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, destroyed all 11 Shahed-136/131s," the defenders said.
The air defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was operating in Cherkasy, Kherson, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky and Mykolaiv regions.
