This winter, Russian terrorists may again resort to energy terror, but on a larger scale. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in a speech to the participants of the Joint Expeditionary Force community meeting.
According to the President, this winter it is necessary to focus on hybrid terrorist threats from Russia. Last year, the enemy relied on attacks on energy infrastructure to destroy the basis of modern life. He may repeat his tactics, but on a larger scale.
"We assume that this winter Russia will try to repeat its terror tactics, only on a larger scale. It is important now to be prepared for any terrorist attacks, for any actions of Russia. We must withstand this battle. Air defense, namely the protection of our cities, our energy infrastructure and export corridors in the Black Sea, is the key to winning the winter battle for Ukraine," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
According to the President, Russian terrorists should start getting used to losing. In particular, the next loss of the enemy's energy terror will definitely give strength to Ukraine and its allies.
"And it will be easier to lead Russia by losing in the future," the President added.
