The Romanian Foreign Minister called Russia's attacks on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure "disgusting" and noted that they again have serious consequences in Romania.
"New evidence of the explosion was found on Romanian soil. We call on Russia to stop these war crimes," the Romanian Foreign Minister said.
