The Prime Minister of Great Britain, Rishi Sunak, recalled his country's important contribution to supporting Ukraine's defense capabilities and called on partners to provide Ukraine with "the necessary tools to complete the job." He made the announcement on Twitter.

Rishi Sunak reminded that the UK was the first country to decide to provide tanks to Ukraine and encouraged several other countries to do the same.


"I say to our allies: give President Zelensky the right tools and the Ukrainians will finish the job," he wrote. 


Volodymyr Zelensky responded in his comments that Ukraine deeply appreciates Britain's leadership in military assistance.
