Russian troops have expanded fortifications along the border with Ukraine in recent months. This was reported by OSINT analyst Brady Africk.

He published a map showing many Russian field fortifications in and around Ukraine. The map was created on the basis of satellite images obtained from the Sentinel-2 satellite.
According to the analysis, new trenches were constructed in the Kursk region along the border with Ukraine in the summer.
In the Bryansk region, new anti-transportation ditches were dug near settlements along the border with Ukraine.
In the Belgorod region, satellite imagery shows that new defensive fortifications have been built along the border with Ukraine over the past few months.
