Biden noted that there is "little time left" for American aid to continue to flow to Ukraine and called on Congress to "stop playing games and get to work."
In a statement from the White House, the president assured American allies, the American people, and the Ukrainian people that the United States will continue to support them.
Biden also emphasized that he was "tired of teetering on the edge" after narrowly avoiding a partial federal government shutdown.
