In Khmelnytsky region, Russian troops tried to attack Su-24M bombers carrying Storm Shadow missiles. This information was reported by Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat during a national telethon.

According to his statement, after the Ukrainian Armed Forces' successful strikes on Sevastopol on September 13, the enemy tried to detect Ukrainian bombers. As a result of this attempt, 17 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones were launched. However, all these drones were shot down by air defense.

"This is not the first time they attack in the morning. This time they moved the schedule, which even allows mobile groups to work better," the spokesman said.

As we reported earlier, Russia tried to attack Ukraine with kamikaze drones on the night of September 15. The air defense shot down all the enemy drones.
