On the night of September 11, Russian troops attacked Ukraine using Shahed-136/131 UAVs. Ukrainian air defense managed to successfully destroy all the drones. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its Telegram channel.
According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian forces launched 12 Shahed UAVs from the southeast, from the Russian settlements of Yeysk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, directing them towards Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro regions of Ukraine.
"The enemy also used tactical aviation in Dnipropetrovsk region, firing X-31P anti-radar missiles and X-59 guided missiles from Su-34/Su-35 aircraft. There were no preliminary losses. Information is being clarified," the Air Force added.
The head of the Dnipro regional administration, Serhiy Lysak, also shared information about the enemy's night and morning attacks on the region using drones, missiles from tactical aircraft and artillery. Air defense forces from the East Air Command managed to destroy 11 Shahed UAVs.
Lysak also reported a fire in Kryvyi Rih as a result of a missile strike, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers.
