Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov has announced the start of strengthening the country's coast guard with missiles to ensure the safety of Black Sea cities from potential threats. He announced this on Novinite.com.
This decision was made due to the tense situation in the Black Sea caused by Russian aggression in Ukraine.
"At the moment, we do not see a direct threat to Bulgarian ports, but we respond to force with force. That is why we have started buying missiles for the coast guard, so that no one dares to approach our Black Sea cities," he said.
As an example, he recalled the Russian attacks on Varna in 1915, which were carried out from the water.
