The United States plans to deliver 190 MRAP armored vehicles to the Ukrainian security forces, which are designed to protect against mine ambushes. This was announced in a statement by US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink.

The ambassador emphasized that these MRAP vehicles will enable Ukrainian law enforcement to ensure the safety of civilians, especially in areas near the front line.
Brink also noted her presence at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, where the first American MRAP vehicles were officially handed over to the border guards and police of Ukraine.
