Romanian Defense Ministry made a statement on Russian "Shahed" attack

Romania reacted to the information about the attack on its territory that night on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Defense.


According to them, on September 3, the attack by Russian drones on the port of Reni did not pose a potential threat to Romanian territory.


In addition, according to the Ministry, "the means of attack used by the Russian Federation have never posed a direct military threat to the national territory of Romania or its territorial waters."


As we reported earlier, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, referring to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, said that during the attack near the port of Izmail, Russian Shahed drones entered the territory of Romania and exploded.
