Galushchenko: Ukraine will avoid winter power outages if there are no Russian attacks

Energy Minister Galushchenko claims that Ukraine will be able to avoid winter power outages only if Russia does not attack the energy system. He emphasized that the energy system is ready for winter and has sufficient resources to ensure the heating season without interruptions. However, there may be negative consequences of attacks by the enemy.

"The power system will be ready for winter, we have all the necessary resources to ensure the winter heating season without power outages. However, the consequences of enemy terrorist attacks are not excluded. The enemy's goal is to achieve blackout in Ukraine. We learned a lot last winter in terms of maintaining the power system, but the enemy's attacks can be modified," the minister said.

Galushchenko added that if there are power outages, they will be the result of enemy attacks on the energy system and will be temporary.
