Paul Ronzheimer, deputy editor-in-chief of Bild, spoke about the situation with Prigozhin.

According to him, after receiving information about the disappearance of Yevhen Prygozhin's plane on Wednesday evening, "the Ukrainian community as a whole was relieved."

The journalist emphasizes that Prigozhin is responsible for the deaths of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers in Bakhmut, as well as for many war crimes and support for torture practices.

On the other hand, Rontzheimer points out that Prigozhin has been a source of uncertainty for the Russian government for the past two months, and his actions have been beneficial for Ukraine, as they have been in line with the principle of "the enemy of my enemy is my ally."

"I believe that if Prigozhin's death is real, it could lead to a certain stabilization in Vladimir Putin's domestic situation, which is obviously not good news for Ukraine. It could also send a signal to the United States and Germany. The regime is trying to demonstrate that it cannot be overcome or replaced," Ronzheimer said.
