Finland is considering the possibility of organizing the production of armored vehicles in Ukraine. This is reported by the Finnish mass media Yle.
In practice, this initiative may include the licensed production of armored vehicles by the well-known defense company Patria in Ukraine.
The company already has a similar agreement with Poland. Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen noted that Ukraine has shown interest in Finnish arms manufacturers.
"I believe that there are opportunities for cooperation if there is a clear will. However, we must remember that there are a number of problems in the conflict zone," he said.
