Russian authorities are increasing production of kamikaze drones for possible attacks on Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed Rostec to increase production of Kub and Lancet drones, small-sized munitions that attack targets by self-detonation. This is reported by the Russian BBC News service.

During a meeting with the head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, Putin noted that manufacturers had promised to increase production, but he needed even more.

According to Putin, these drones have demonstrated high efficiency in the war in Ukraine.

"The strike is powerful, any equipment, including foreign-made ones, not only burns but explodes, as well as ammunition," he said.
