On July 21, members of the Bulgarian Parliament voted to supply Ukraine with a batch of armored personnel carriers.

142 deputies voted for it. They will be handed over from the warehouses of the Bulgarian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria assured that the country's defense capability is not created as a result.
The deputies also proposed to teach the Ukrainian military in Bulgaria to use these APCs, and then send them to Ukraine.
Military aid from Bulgaria
Earlier it was reported that Bulgaria can provide Ukraine with about 100 armored personnel carriers from the warehouses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Recently, the Bulgarian government approved a new package of military-technical assistance for Ukraine. In terms of volume, it can be compared with the first aid package.
Also, the Bulgarian government decided to join the joint procurement of ammunition for Ukraine within the framework of the European Defense Agency project, in which 24 EU member states and Norway already participate.
