According to the results of the investigation of the incident with the detention of a civilian by the military in Odesa, which gained a certain public resonance, it was established that the citizen carried out a live broadcast of the deployment of a mobile checkpoint, which is strictly prohibited by the rules of the legal regime of martial law.
After receiving remarks from representatives of the National Guard, the citizen entered the conflict, openly provoking the military.
During the verification of his documents and data reconciliation with the database of evaders, the citizen began to threaten and behaved aggressively, without stopping the provocations. The employees of one of the district TCC and JV of Odesa, unable to contain their emotions, exceeded their authority and, using force, put him in a vehicle for delivery to the picking center.
It must be admitted that the district TCC tried to hide its involvement in the incident, but the command's principled position is to actually check and respond to society's requests, to establish civilized communication on all issues.
Therefore, according to the results of the official inspection, those who exceeded their official authority and violations in the use of an unregistered vehicle were found. Guilty officials are subject to disciplinary action and will be transferred to combat units, where they will be able to direct their strength and power to fight the enemy.
