Russia hit Pervomaiskyi with an Iskander missile, injuring 38 people, including 12 children

On Tuesday, July 4, the Russian occupiers hit Pervomaisky in the Kharkiv region with an Iskander missile. This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Telegram.

 The head of the regional police, Volodymyr Tymoshko, emphasized that there were only residential buildings near the place of the attack.

 "This is a peaceful area of the city, where there is not a single military object or military vehicle. Currently, 31 people are known to be injured, including ten children. The youngest are three and nine months old," he said.

 

 The Prosecutor General's Office later specified that 38 people were injured as a result of the shelling of Pervomaiskyi, among them 12 children, the youngest of whom was three months old.

 Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv RMA, wrote in Telegram that the condition of the ten-month-old boy, who was sent to the intensive care unit, has already been stabilized. Other children received minor shrapnel wounds, bruises and scratches. Nine residential buildings were damaged.

 Russian occupiers attacked a residential quarter in Pervomaisky on the afternoon of July 4. Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for violations of the laws and customs of war.
