According to preliminary data, hundreds of residents of the flooded Oleshok of the Kherson region died because the Russians refused to evacuate those who did not have a Russian passport.

"According to preliminary data, more than 500 residents of the temporarily occupied Oleshok, on the left bank of the Kherson Region, died due to the Russians blowing up the Kakhovskaya HPP. People died because the occupiers refused to evacuate those who do not have a Russian passport," the message reads.
"Violating all norms of international humanitarian law and ordinary humanity, the Russians simply left the locals to die. The actions of the Russians towards the civilian population have all the signs of genocide, and anyone who participated in the abuse of Ukrainians will suffer a just punishment," the INS emphasized.
The Center of National Resistance called on the local population to report available information about persons who were involved in the detonation of the hydroelectric power station or abuse of civilians in the occupied territories to the Telegram bot.
It will be recalled that on the night of June 6, the Russian army blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP dam. Rescue operations and measures to overcome the consequences of this crime are ongoing in the Kherson region.
