Finland has sent a new package of military aid to Ukraine

Finland sent a new package of military aid to our country in the amount of 109 million euros ($116.9 million). President Sauli Niiniste accepted the relevant proposal of the government.

It is noted that the package of military aid will include, in particular, anti-aircraft weapons and ammunition.

According to Defense Minister Antti Kaikkonen, Finland will continue to support our country together with international partners.

"For operational reasons and in order to ensure the safe delivery of aid, no additional details regarding the exact content, method and time of delivery are being disclosed," the press service adds.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine, Finland has provided sixteen packages of military aid to our soldiers. The total cost of all aid is 1.1 billion euros ($1.18 billion).
