The German police began an investigation after information about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi's plans to visit Berlin became public knowledge.
As RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to Lemonde, this is stated in the Berlin police report.
The law enforcement officers note that they have started an investigation "on suspicion of breach of secrecy", which is connected with the appearance in the media of information about Zelenskyi's visit to Berlin on May 13.
The German police have not disclosed further details yet.
We will remind you that yesterday, May 3, the German media reported that Zelenskyі would visit Berlin on May 13.
After that, unnamed Ukrainian officials said that they considered the disclosure of information about the visit irresponsible, and for now Zelenskyi's trip remains in doubt.
