The Council officially recognized razism as the state ideology of Russia. The corresponding statement was supported by 281 people's deputies today. People's deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko reported this in Telegram.
"The Verkhovna Rada officially recognized razism as the state ideology of Russia and called on the UN, the EU, and the governments of democratic countries to support the condemnation of the policy of racism," Goncharenko wrote.
According to the people's deputy, in the statement the Council appeals to the United Nations, the European Parliament, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, the governments and parliaments of foreign countries with a call to support the condemnation of ideology, policy and practice.
