According to the documents, the president put into effect the decision of the NSDC dated April 22, 2023 "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)" against individuals - citizens of the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Iran and the Republic of Mali. There are 40 people on the list.
Among the Malians sanctioned are the President of the Humanitarian Commission of the Bureau of Regional Administration and Management Kidal Ahmed Ag Albachar, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Regional Coordination of the Operational Coordination Mechanism in Gao Mahri Sidi Amar Ben Daha, the Member of Parliament Mohamed Ould Matali and Sheikh Mohamed Usman Ag Mohamedun .
However, sanctions have been introduced against citizens of Mali until August 31 of this year, they provide for the blocking of assets, suspension of transit and issuance of visas, and for the rest of the sanctioned persons - the introduction of sanctions for 10 years, and they also provide for the complete cessation of trade operations, cancellation of licenses and contracts, ban on participation in privatization and acquisition of land in Ukraine and technology transfer.
The sanctions list includes family members of Russian oligarch and member of the Federation Council Suleiman Kerim.
Restrictions also apply to Ivan Potanin, son of Russian oligarch Volodymyr Potanin and multiple champion of Russia and world championships in aquabike, businessman and investor Murat Aliyev and owner of Constellation Advisors Ltd company Nariman Gadzhiev.
At the same time, 60 legal entities were subject to restrictions, including the limited liability company "Far Eastern KSM Airlines" and the public joint-stock company "Rosbank".
In addition, Russian legal entities include the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the New People party, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Just Russia - Patriots - For the Truth, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the VTB-Development development company, and VTB-Proekt LLC. , LLC "VB-Service", PJSC "Zavod Tula", LLC "Megacom", JSC "Citibike", holding company "Interros", Research Institute "Prometheus" named after Horynina, JSC "Rigel".
Also on the list is the so-called "Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of the Consequences of Natural Disasters of the DPR" created in the occupied part of Donetsk region.
By another decree, the head of state implemented the decision to apply personal sanctions to 322 Russian legal entities.
Among them are the joint-stock company "Scientific-production corporation "Space monitoring systems, information-control and electromechanical complexes" and the state unitary enterprise "Rostovsky-on-Don Scientific Research Institute of Radio Communications".
We will remind that on April 15, Ukraine officially imposed sanctions against a number of Russian IT companies. "VK", "Yandex" and "1C" were included in the list.
In addition, sanctions were also imposed against famous Russian athletes and the daughter of the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu.
