The most combat-ready part of the Russian army has been destroyed. And that was exactly what the dictator Vladimir Putin did when he sent them to fight against Ukraine.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, announced this on the air of the telethon.

According to him, currently the Russian military can plan tactical operations and try to implement them. Another thing is that in general, the Russians are switching to strategic defense.

"We can already see that the hyped "big" winter offensive, which was announced for a long time, is long behind us, since the enemy's next tasks have failed," Yusov noted.

He emphasized that today the occupiers do not have the strength to repeat the attempts we saw after February 24 last year.

"But this does not mean that the enemy is defeated or does not pose a danger to Ukraine. There is a large number of manpower, mobilization potential, a significant amount of equipment, even if it is often outdated. But the most combat-capable part of the Russian army has been destroyed in Ukraine. It was destroyed by Putin himself, sending in a meat grinder," Yusov said.

At the same time, he reminded that our Security and Defense Forces, in turn, are preparing for the liberation of Ukrainian territory.

We will remind that the losses of the Russian army in the war against Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion amount to about 184,420 soldiers killed.
