Costa Rica has joined the coalition of countries to establish a Special Tribunal on Aggression against Ukraine.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, announced this on Twitter.
During our call today, FM Arnoldo Tinoco informed me that Costa Rica has decided to join the Core Group on the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, bringing the total number of states to 34. We also discussed ways to further boost bilateral cooperation.

"During our conversation today, Foreign Minister Arnoldo Tinoco informed me that Costa Rica has decided to join the Core Group for the establishment of a special tribunal in the case of the crime of aggression against Ukraine. As a result, the total number of states reached 34. We also discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation." - wrote Kuleba.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine continues work on the expansion of the international coalition to create a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine and bring the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation to justice.
