The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the alleged preparation of a chemical attack on the Sumy region. The enemy traditionally accuses the Armed Forces of provocations.

The Russians cynically fantasized that the so-called "attack" was allegedly being prepared "under the leadership of the Office of the President of Ukraine." And allegedly aimed at "discrediting the Russian Federation in the international arena."
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation invented that the Ukrainian army is allegedly planning to stage a "provocation-shelling with the use of poisonous substances" in order to then accuse Russia of the crime on the podium of the UN Security Council and "document" the use of "chemical weapons" by the Russian armed forces.
"For its implementation, during the last two weeks in the settlement of Okhtyrka, Sumy Region, a section of the "forward line of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the line of combat with Russian troops" has been allegedly prepared, the statement reads.
It should be noted that such messages are traditionally distributed by the aggressor country on the eve of when it itself plans to stage certain provocations.
