Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that Russia is ready for political discussions on the "post-conflict settlement of the Ukrainian crisis" and further coexistence with the West. He called on all interested countries to join forces to create a fair and multipolar world order and to update the international security architecture. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"In case the necessary conditions are created, we remain ready for political discussions on a realistic basis - both on the post-conflict settlement of the Ukrainian crisis and on the parameters of further coexistence with the West in general," the statement said.
He cynically called for "uniting the efforts of all interested countries" to form a "just, multipolar world order and renew the international security architecture."
