The Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine have struck a Russian plane that was in the Black Sea near Zmiiny Island, the GUR reports.
It should be noted that yesterday the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its aircraft had allegedly hit a Ukrainian Armed Forces boat with troops on board and published a video.
Ukrainian intelligence, in response to the information disseminated by the Russian side, said that the Russian plane did indeed attempt to attack Ukrainian warships in the Black Sea, but the missile fired did not reach its target and fell into the sea.
In response, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired a missile, hitting the Russian plane and forcing it to retreat toward the nearest airfield.
