 5.4 million euros will be provided through two other important partners for Finland in Ukraine – the World Food Program and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

 Part of the humanitarian aid comes through Finnish civil society organizations.

 14 million euros have been allocated for additional support of the World Bank project "State expenditure on the stability of administrative potential", which provides Ukraine with funds to pay teachers' salaries.

 The €29 million provided is part of the €70 million additional funding the government has provided to help Ukraine in 2022.

 In addition, 37 million euros have been reserved for 2023 to support Ukraine through development cooperation. Thus, Ukraine will become Finland's largest partner state in the field of development cooperation.
