The President of Brazil, Lula da Silva, said that his country will not supply Ukraine with shells for Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, which were handed over by Germany.

 He said this at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who is visiting Brazil, reports DW.

 The publication reminds that German Chancellor Scholz asked the Brazilian leadership for the supply of shells.

 The German government is expected to deliver the promised seven Gepard anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine in the spring of 2023. These will be the last samples of the system from the warehouses of German industry.
