Today, January 12, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. It discussed the battles in Soledar, as well as the strengthening of the Ukrainian military. The Ukrainian head of state announced this on Telegram.
"I held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. They discussed the situation in the main areas of the front. Particular attention was paid to the battles in Bakhmut and Soledar. I emphasize: the units defending these cities will be provided with ammunition and everything necessary promptly and without interruption," Zelenskyі wrote.
He also noted that during the Stavka the question of strengthening the Ukrainian military with the help of equipment and weapons transferred by our country's partners was raised.
