Prime Minister of Latvia Krishjanis Karinsh announced the possibility of transferring the next batch of Stinger MANPADS to Ukraine.
Karinsh said that it is now being evaluated how to help Ukraine resist the Russian invasion.
"Yesterday, we decided to send equipment from the State Police to Ukraine. These days, a whole convoy of buses with all kinds of aid will leave Riga," said the Prime Minister.
He also reported that the possibility of military aid to Ukraine is being discussed - the possibility of sending another batch of Stinger anti-aircraft missile systems and other military aid.
"We will continue in this direction, we must be together with Ukrainians, they are fighting for our values, against the Russian aggressor," Karinsh said.
