Israel has no intention of changing its position on providing Ukraine with weapons, but it will also continue to provide humanitarian and medical aid. Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz made the corresponding statement after a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian colleague Oleksiy Reznikov, writes The Jurasalem Post.
"We will continue to support the West and stand by it. We will not provide weapons systems," Gantz said.
The head of the Israeli Defense Ministry added that Israel is ready to hand over the population notification system to Ukraine. Ganz and Reznikov agreed to discuss this issue in the near future.
