The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, is urgently returning to Ukraine on Monday morning, interrupting his tour of Africa, due to massive Russian missile attacks.
The minister wrote about this on his Twitter.
Kuleba noted that since morning he has been in constant contact with partners to coordinate a decisive response to Russian attacks.
"I am also interrupting my tour of Africa and immediately returning to Ukraine," the minister added.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, near the Presidential Office building in the center of Kyiv, called on Ukrainians to stay in shelters on October 10, because the enemy fired almost 100 missiles into Ukraine and attacked with Iranian drones.
Kuleba emphasized that Ukraine will not break from the intimidation of the civilian population, and such actions of the Russian Federation are an argument for all those who still consider it possible to conduct peace negotiations with Putin.
