The successful actions of the soldiers of the Armed Forces at the front are an indicator of progress. Ukraine achieved it in the war with the Russians. This was stated by US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin for The Guardian.
"What we are seeing now is a kind of change in the dynamics of the battlefield... They worked very well in the Kharkiv area and moved to take advantage of new opportunities. The battles in Kherson region are going a little slower, but they are making progress," the chairman noted Pentagon.
He also added that the Ukrainian military managed to "properly use" the HIMARS MLRS for attacks on Russian warehouses and command posts. According to Austin, such strikes "deprive the Russians of significant opportunities."
"It's not just about the equipment you have. It's about how you use that equipment, how you synchronize everything together to create an effect on the battlefield that can then open up new opportunities," the minister explained.
