During the day, the enemy attacked with tanks, mortars and artillery along the entire front line. The Ukrainian military repelled enemy attacks near Kurdyumivka and Zaytsevo. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy continues to focus efforts on the organization of defense and holding the captured territories, attempts to fully occupy the Donetsk region, as well as the disruption of active actions of the defense forces in certain areas. He fires at the positions of our troops along the contact line, takes measures to regroup his units in certain directions, introduces reserves and does not stop conducting aerial reconnaissance.
There remains the threat of air and missile strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine.
During the day, the enemy carried out 4 missile and 9 air strikes, carried out more than 11 attacks from rocket salvo systems from military and civilian objects on the territory of Ukraine, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, laws and customs of warfare.
The infrastructure of more than 24 settlements was damaged. In particular, these are Siversk, Kramatorsk, Serebryanka, Bilogorivka, Spirne, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka, Stepove, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Oleksandrivka, Olhovskoe, Sukhy Stavok, Myrolyubivka, and Petrivka.
The situation has not changed significantly on the Volyn and Polissky directions.
In other directions, the enemy is using fire from tanks, mortars and artillery, namely:
in the Siversky direction - in the area of Mykolaivka settlement of Chernihiv region;
in the Slobozhansk direction - in the areas of the settlements of Ivashki, Hoptivka, Guryev, Kozachok, Kozacha Lopan, Kudiivka, Kamianka, Strilka, Hlyboke, Kupyansk and Golubivka;
in the Kramatorsk direction - Sviatohirsk, Raihorodok, Serebryanka, Bilogorivka, Sosnove, Mykolaivka, Bogorodichne, Pryshyb and Hryhorivka;
in the Bakhmut direction - Siversk, Verkhnyokamianske, Rozdolivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Otradivka, Vesele, Viimka, Mykolaivka Druga, New York, Oleksandropil, Yuryivka, Rozivka, Zaitseve and Yakivla;
in the Avdiivka direction - Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Kostyantynivka, Avdiivka, Semenivka, Opytne, Karlivka and Pervomaiske;
on the Novopavlivskyi and Zaporizhzhia directions - Ugledar, Velyka Novosilka, Biloghirya, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaki, Prechistivka, Novomayorske, Myrne, Dorozhnyanka, Nove, Vilne Pole, Stepove, Mala Tokmachka, Novoyakovlivka, Chervone, Zaliznychne and Maleremivka, Malynivka.
In the South Buzka direction, the enemy fired along the entire contact line. More than 30 settlements were destroyed by fire. Among them are Snigurivka, Shiroke, Blagodatka, Novovoznesensk, Sukhy Stavok, Myrolyubivka and Olgyne.
At the training ground near the city of Torez, the occupiers set up a training camp for the training of personnel who came from prisons to replenish the units of the 1st Army Corps, which suffered losses during the hostilities.
During the current day, the units of the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Mykolaivka Druga, Kurdyumivka and Zaitseve settlements.
During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces hit 11 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment, one position of an anti-aircraft missile system and one ammunition depot.
In addition, our air defense units destroyed a Su-25 aircraft, a guided air missile and three enemy UAVs in various directions.
Missile troops and artillery inflicted fire damage on 5 strongholds and areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, as well as on 3 munitions warehouses of the occupiers. The total losses of the enemy are being clarified.
The facts of the defeat of the enemy's personnel and objects on September 18 in the Zaporizhzhya region have been confirmed. In this direction, 10 artillery systems, 5 units of military equipment and enemy personnel were destroyed. According to the available information, more than one hundred servicemen were wounded.
