Vereshchuk called for the evacuation of settlements around the ZNPP

Residents of settlements located near the captured Zaporizhzhya NPP are urged to leave. The Russians ignore any humanitarian corridors, so citizens are asked to find a way to leave these territories on their own. This is stated in the Telegram message of Iryna Vereshchuk, Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

"The Russians continue to blackmail Ukrainians and the whole world. Yesterday, the UN Security Council met again regarding the situation at the ZNPP. The masks are off. The Russian state is directly engaged in nuclear terrorism. This is the first precedent in the history of mankind," Vereshchuk said.

At the same time, she emphasized that the Russians are holding hostage not only the station staff, but also tens of thousands of residents of the temporarily occupied territories adjacent to the ZNPP.

Vereshchuk also said that the Ministry of Reintegration has requested a humanitarian corridor for the evacuation of the civilian population from the TOT adjacent to the nuclear power plant.

"The answer is cynical silence," Vereshchuk said.

The vice-prime minister addressed the residents of the areas temporarily not controlled by Ukraine, adjacent to the ZNPP.

"Evacuate! Find a way to get to the controlled territory. We are waiting for you and will help," she said.

Vereshchuk also provided contacts where you can contact, namely the hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration:
