President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting to clarify details of the rocket attacks on the territory of the country.
"We are figuring out the details of each rocket attack on the territory of our state. The terrorists will bear full responsibility for everything they do," he wrote Friday in a telegram channel.
" In Vinnitsa - 23 dead, three of them children. 197 victims sought help. 11 people are still missing. Mykolaiv - 4 hits in the educational building of the pedagogical university. Two people were injured. Another 4 hits in the building of the National Admiral Makarov University of Shipbuilding. Our common great pain," he also wrote.
Zelensky noted that "Russia is behaving like a terrorist state, shooting at civilians. We will do everything to find and punish those who give criminal orders and those who carry them out".
