Ukraine is not yet negotiating with Russia to end the war. The reason for this is the position of the Russian Federation and its aggression.
Dmytro Kuleba, head of the Foreign Ministry, said this during a briefing.
According to him, the main goal for Ukraine is the liberation of all occupied territories and the restoration of integrity. This is at the same time the ultimate exact negotiating position.
"So far there are no negotiations between Russia and Ukraine because of the position of the Russian Federation and its constant aggression against our country. Therefore, there is really nothing to discuss," Kuleba explained.
