Ukraine needs an acceleration of arms deliveries for a more intensive liberation of the temporarily occupied territories. Without this, the war will only drag on and the number of victims will increase.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during an address to the participants of the American Jewish Committee Global Forum.
The world must continue to pressure Russia and help Ukraine to end the war as quickly as possible.
"Defend the need for increased sanctions against Russia. It is within your power to do so. Help us speed up arms shipments to Ukraine so we can liberate occupied areas. We need powerful offensive weapons without which the war will only drag on and casualties will increase," Zelensky said.
