"Today at 12:00 a.m. begins its work hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for appeals of relatives and loved ones of prisoners, missing and dead Ukrainian defenders", - said in the message.
To receive calls at the same time will work ten phone lines.
Everyone will be able to leave information about their relatives, get psychological help, as well as explanations of the rights that have the relatives of prisoners of war, missing and dead, said in the Interior Ministry.
