Ukraine's actions were able to limit the activities of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea. The Ukrainian Armed Forces forced the enemy to avoid approaching the coast of our country.

This was stated by the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Vadim Skibitsky, quoted by "Crimea. Realities."

"They have become cautious, but their ship grouping today, unfortunately, provides full control of the Sea of Azov, and it is clear, along with the Kerch Strait, and they are now blocking our ports in the Black Sea," Skibitsky said.

He noted that Russia, committing such actions sets itself the only goal - it is the task of Ukraine losses in economic terms in order to prevent the functioning of the ports as economic zones.

"To prevent the movement of goods, both on the territory of Ukraine, and from the territory of our ports, and maintain readiness to use those largest landing ships, other vessels in the case of a maritime landing operation. But again I will say - our actions forced them to limit the activities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet at the present stage", - stressed the representative of intelligence.

As a reminder, Russia, having unleashed the war, struck a blow to global food security. The export of Ukrainian products has almost stopped due to the blockade of ports in the Black Sea by the Russian Federation.

Earlier Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the world should get Russia to unblock Ukraine's Black Sea ports for further grain exports.

After which it became known that the UK was negotiating with its allies to send warships to the Black Sea to protect Ukrainian vessels with grain, whose exit is blocked by Russia.
